🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Shona’s Style, we currently do not offer returns or general exchanges.

However, an exchange will be provided only in the following cases:

You have received a damaged product

You have received a tampered package

You have received a wrong item


📹 Important – Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

No complaint will be considered without a proper unboxing video. The video must be recorded from start to finish, clearly showing:

A - The sealed package

B - Opening process

C - The product inside

Videos that appear edited, repacked, incomplete, or tampered will not be accepted. No defect or damage claims will be considered without this video proof.

📌 Every package includes a sticker reminding you to record an unboxing video.

🤍 Our customer care team will carefully examine your case and verify the video proof.

🤍 If everything is verified and valid, your exchange request will be approved.

Exchange Procedure (If Approved)

Once your exchange is approved:

1 - We will send you a digital shipping label (PDF).

2 - You must securely pack the product exactly as it was received (bubble wrapped and protected).

3 - Print the shipping label and paste it on the package.

4 - Our delivery partner will arrange pickup within 24 hours of sharing the label.

⚠ We will dispatch the replacement product only after receiving and reviewing the returned parcel.


📏 Exchange Due to Size Issues

Size concerns are common in items such as rings and bangles. We provide detailed sizing information to help you select the correct size before placing your order.

We are responsible for exchanging the article.

🙌 Shipping charges for size exchanges are to be borne entirely by the customer.

Once we receive your parcel, our team will contact you regarding the shipping charges required to resend the corrected size.

💳 Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

In exceptional cases (if applicable), refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit coupon code.

👉 The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. It can be used anytime within the validity period for future purchases.
