Will I have to pay import or customs duties?
Yes — all international duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Make sure these are paid at your country’s customs to avoid your order being held or returned.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. If a product is delayed or out of stock, we’ll update you within 1–2 days.
How can I track my order?

When will my delivery arrive?
Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery. Please keep your phone handy — an OTP will be used for verification at delivery.

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled — this helps us keep processing fast and efficient for everyone.
🛍️ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What if I want to return my order?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
But if your item arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, we’ll gladly facilitate an exchange — provided you meet our conditions.
What do I do if an item is damaged?
❤️ Record an unboxing video (required for any complaint to be processed).
❤️ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
❤️ The item must be unused and in original packaging with tags.
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not typically offered as cash returns — any approved refund will be issued as a store credit coupon usable on your next purchase.

Will I receive exactly what’s shown on the website?
Yes! All products are photographed under natural lighting by our in-house team to reflect accurate color and detail. Small variations may occur due to screen settings, but what you see is what you’ll get.

🛒 Cash On Delivery (COD)
Do you offer COD?
Yes, COD is available across India with a small advance payment of ₹300, and the remaining balance is paid at delivery.
Unfortunately, COD is not available for international orders.
What happens to my advance payment if I choose Cash on Delivery and later refuse the order?
Any amount paid as an advance for a Cash on Delivery order is strictly non-refundable in case the order is rejected at the time of delivery.
Advance payments are collected to confirm and secure your order. In case of refusal, this amount will not be adjusted or refunded.
What if my order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal?
If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, refusal, or any customer-related reason, the following charges will apply:
👉 ₹80 forward shipping
👉 ₹80 return shipping
👉 ₹60 handling/processing fee
These charges will be deducted from the paid amount (if applicable).
We request customers to ensure availability and accurate details to avoid additional charges.
