Do you Deliver Internationally ?

How about the Import/Custom Duty on International Shipment ?

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are in.

Please ensure payment of all such charges to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department and/or later may not be retrievable at all.

How long will the order take to Deliver ?

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 working hours after Confirmation. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays are shipped on the next working day, after confirmation.

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.

The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-7 working days for it to be delivered to you, depending on your location.

Note: In case of any product from your order/product is unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay, Will connect you within 1-2 working days via call to inform you regarding possible delays.

For Personalised Orders, you can expect your order within 15-20 days from your order date, Although we Mention under the Product Description that This Particular Item is Made to Order with Making Time Frame

How can I Track my Order ?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive mail and SMS with your tracking details and courier partner.

At what time of day, will my order get Delivered ?

Once your package is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.
Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep your phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

What is the Shipping Cost ?

• Within India,
We offer FREE DELIVERY on order above 1500/-
If under 1500, our standard Shipping is 80.
Cash-handling charge of ₹99 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
• International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order

Who is your logistics partner?

• For India, we have partnered with Premium Shipping Companies like Bluedart and Delhivery | For some very Rural Pincode where these two aint serviceable , we opt for Xpressbees.
• For International, we prefer Aramex or Shiprocket

Can I Cancel my Order ?

We apologise, Order cant be cancelled once Placed.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery ?

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of ₹99. Unfortunately, COD is not available for International Orders.

I want to Return my Order ?

Shona’s Style has no Return/Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received a Damaged / Tampered / Wrong article , then your order will be eligible for Exchange only.

How can I get a refund ?

Although we don't have any option for Refund but in any case of any time,Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of couponcode only.

Will I receive the same as shown ?

Yes, we have a policy of "You Receive, What you see". All our products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio to give you the best and right product images.

I forgot to make an Unboxing video. What's the best you can do for me ?

No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video.

Incase you have received a Broken / Damage piece, we will Repair / Exchange but with some conditions | Please get in contact with us within 24hr of Delivery.

Make Sure, Article should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and tags.

Note : Please keep in mind that we are responsible for the article exchange , the shipping charges are completely on customer cost.

Am not getting replies on Instagram / Whatsapp ?

Our customer care team replies to all the queries between 11:00am to 7:30pm.

We try to reply as soon as possible but still for a convenient space , we request our customers to allow us maximum 24 working hours.
